How does bagging your own items work?

If you bring reusable bags, you can scan items and bag them as you go through the store. Then at checkout you can leave the items in your bags. An employee will check inside the bags to make sure you did not accidentally forget to scan any items.

How do I purchase produce?

There is a Fetch sign at each table where produce is located. Scan the barcode on that sign, and you phone will ask you to select the product that you want to purchase. Tap the picture on your screen of the item that you wish to purchase. Then you will have to weight the produce by following the weight procedure.

How do I purchase bulk items? What are Bulk Items?

Bulk items include the wall of Almonds, Cashews, Granola, candy, and other self-serve and variable weight items. There will be a Fetch sign near these items with a barcode. Scan the barcode, and tap the picture on your screen of the item that you wish to purchase. Then you will have to weigh these items by following the weigh procedure.

How do I weigh goods that I want to purchase?

First, scan the barcode that relates to the item you want to purchase. Your phone will indicate that you must weigh the item. Find the closest scale in your store, and place your weighed food on the scale. Scan the barcode that displays on the monitor. Fetch will ask you to select the product that you weighed. Repeat this process for each item that requires a weight.

How do I purchase Deli Food or at the meat counter?

Order at the deli or meat counter like normal, then scan the barcode that is printed out on the package.

How do I increase or decrease the quantity of an item in my cart?

After scanning an item, click on that item in your cart. A plus and minus sign will show up on either side of a number. Click the plus or minus to change the quantity that you want to purchase. The delete button can be used to remove it from your cart.

How do I increase or decrease the quantity of an item on a list?

After adding an item to your list, tap on the item you want to change the quantity of.. You will reveal a plus and minus sign on either side of a number. Click the plus or minus to change the quantity of that item.

How do I delete an item from my list?

Tap the item that you want to delete. Then press the trash "delete" button and confirm that you would like to remove the item from your cart.

How do I create a shopping list?

Open the menu by clicking the button of three horizontal lines in the top left corner. Then click "Lists." Enter a name for your list like "Weekly Groceries" or "Charlie's Birthday Dinner." Click "enter." Type your first grocery item into the list. Click "OK."

What if an Item isn't scanning?

Try to scan another barcode for the exact same product. If this doesn't work, verify an internet connection. If all else fails, set the item aside in your cart and remember to ask the cashier to scan it at checkout.

What if I can't find a barcode?

If a barcode is missing, set the item aside in your cart and ask the cashier to type it in at checkout. Tell the cashier that the barcode is missing.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

1,000 points = $1.00; Once you earn more points than the value of the item, Fetch will ask if you want to pay for that product with points. Tap yes, and the item will be free.

How do I apply deals?

Deals are automatically applied for you! Just scan the product you want to receive the deal for, and the savings will be automatically applied.

Why can't I scan printed coupons?

Shop Fetch is working with your favorite brands to provide a simple way to offer more value than traditional coupons. All of our "coupons" are listed under the Deals section. The Deals we offer and the loyalty rewards that you accumulate are faster, easier, and more valuable than traditional coupons.

How do I checkout?

After scanning all of your products, go to the Shop Fetch Express checkout lane. Click the "Checkout now" button. A barcode will be generated and displayed on your phone. The cashier will scan this barcode from your phone to start the checkout process.

How do I pay?

Shop Fetch does not currently accept mobile payments. In order to pay, we enter everything into the checkout system and you can pay like normal with Cash, Credit, or any other payment options accepted at your grocery retailer.
